How to take Cycle Balance
If your cycle is regular (aka you know when your period will start):
In the week leading up to your period, take 1 tsp (6 dropperfuls) twice a day, until you finish the bottle.
If your cycle is irregular (aka you don't know when your period will start):
Take 1/2 tsp (3 dropperfuls) of your herbs every day of the month, until you finish the bottle.

This is my first month using and started to feel the changes
Such relief
I’ve struggled with severe symptoms from endometriosis over the last 4 years (bowel discomfort to the point of almost passing out, general abdominal inflammation). Since starting Cycle Balance in June 2023, it has brought so much relief. My cycle isn’t stopping me from deciding to go for a hike or wondering if I can handle being away from home for a long period of time. The Elix team has also been phenomenal in me understand shortening doses etc. I’d say I’m at 90% relief and am so so grateful.

It works! May marks my 6th month of using the Cycle Balance for my PCOS. I decided to go to my OB-GYN and have an ultrasound done. For the first time ever after multiple ultrasounds I ever did, I saw the result I always wanted. No sonographic evidence of PCOS. And I have only been using it once a day! How much more if I used it twice! I’d been having my period every month though the length of the cycle still has to be normal. I average 2 weeks of bleeding as of writing. Still better than no periods at all!
