How to take Cycle Balance
If your cycle is regular (aka you know when your period will start):
In the week leading up to your period, take 1 tsp (6 dropperfuls) twice a day, until you finish the bottle.
If your cycle is irregular (aka you don't know when your period will start):
Take 1/2 tsp (3 dropperfuls) of your herbs every day of the month, until you finish the bottle.

It might be too early to tell since i’m only just now on my 3rd month of Elix, but what I did notice were some detox symptoms (expected) and that my period is less irregular. Thus far my experience has been positive. I'm still early in my use of this product. I will complete my first bottle tomorrow. What I think is amazing is that you can get your own concoction made just for you and your needs? I thought it was amazing that you can actually have someone look at your tongue and diagnose you and create a concoction made for you before you buy any of the products. So far this has been a win win situation.
