When I first went off birth control, I'd experience DEBILITATING pain for 2-3 days with every cycle, along with extremely heavy bleeding the first 1-2 days. My periods are significantly lighter now with barely there symptoms. Not only is my cycle a lot smoother than it's ever been but I feel more energy, less mood swings and I'm even sleeping better. :)
