How to take Cycle Balance

In the week leading up to your period, take 1 tsp (6 dropperfuls) twice a day, until you finish the bottle.

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 10 years ago and ever since there has been a fight between me and irregularity of my periods. Lately, my cycle had gotten even worse with stress and all the life changes. I then came across Elix through Instagram and thought of this as another gimmick. Me being curious still ended up reading about it and then reviews kinda pushed me to give this a try, why not one last thing while I was anyway hopeless. And thank god, I did, fast forward to taking Elix, within 3 days of taking it, I got my periods which I had missed for 2 straight months. I was kinda shocked and happy at the same time. Its been 1 month of taking Elix Cycle Balance now and I am grateful to say that I got another of my cycle and feeling this is working. Keeping my fingers crossed! I've been on Cycle Balance and Daily Harmony for a few months now and I can really see the changes. My periods are lighter and shorter, my PMS symptoms are less severe and my libido has increased some.
