How to take Cycle Balance

For the last 5 years or so, my cycle symptoms have become increasingly more unpleasant (cramps, tender *******, major bloating, fatigue, mood swings). I was relying on CBD to assist with easing some of those but it was pretty limited in what it could do. I’ve been looking for a natural remedy for my cycle and decided to give Elix a try. I’ve been using it for two months (daily dosage) and I already noticed an improvement in my cycle. First of all, my period came on time, even while being under tremendous stress. Finally I don't have painful horrible periods anymore. I struggled for years with bad cramping and long periods due to endometriosis. After taking Elix for 6 months my cycles have evened out, my periods are shorter and they aren't painful! I can also see an improvement in my body not holding onto weight like before and feel overall more balanced. 100% would recommend trying Elix over prescribed hormone treatments that often times have undesirable side effects.
