Traditional Chinese Medicine 101
From Our Founder: Introducing Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been in my family for generations. In fact, my grandfather ran the hospital in Hunan, China that I was born in. My personal relationship with herbal healing has helped me establish the mission of Elix: to democratize access to the healing potential of TCM by blending ancient wisdom with modern science.
TCM 101 is our series dedicated to helping you understand the history and fundamental principles of Chinese Medicine so that you can integrate holistic healing in your own life. Together, we can build a community that supports each other in feeling our best every day of the month and reimagines the future of chronic care — beginning with menstrual wellness. Journey with us below.
With love,
Lulu Ge — Founder & CEO of Elix
