The herbal formulas are safe (and even beneficial!) to take while trying to conceive, but you should not take it while you are pregnant. If you think you might be pregnant, do not take the treatment in the days leading up to expected menstruation (which are the normal instructions). Instead, take the herbs only once your period begins, and you know you're not pregnant.
