I founded Elix with the mission to start a menstrual wellness movement through holistic healing and I love starting every morning with an herbal matcha latte for sustained energy throughout the day. Depending on what my body needs, I may rotate in different types of herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon organic matcha powder
  • 3 full droppers of Elix Ginger Aide or Stay Well immunity blend—if it’s around the time of my cycle, I will also add 6 full droppers of Cycle Balance 
  • 1 scoop of collagen protein
  • ½ teaspoon organic spirulina
  • 6 oz of organic oat milk
  • 2 oz of boiling hot water


Directions


Whisk the matcha powder in boiling water until smooth and frothy. Blend it along with all the other ingredients in a frother and enjoy the creamy goodness!
