From Our Team: How Madison Enjoys Elix

In the fall and winter, I love enjoying oatmeal since it’s nourishing and provides more Yang energy during the cold, or Yin, months. When spring and summer (Yang) come around, I switch to morning Greek yogurt since it’s a more cooling, Yin food. My go-to toppings are fresh berries to help balance my body with nature’s in-season offerings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt (my favorite brand is plain Chobani 0% to avoid added sugars)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (personally, I try to buy fresh berries in the spring and summer as they are in season and often on sale in most stores)
- Honey or agave nectar to taste
- 3 full droppers of Stay Well — or 6 full droppers of Cycle Balance before my period
Directions
Assemble your bowl like the artist you are, and feel free to add additional toppings like:
- Bee pollen
- Grain-free granola
- Cinnamon
- Nut butter
