    Meal Prep Recipe (8 servings)

    • 3 cups of multigrain (Mix 5-6 grains like brown rice, purple rice, sweet rice, millet, quinoa, oats, and/or buckwheat)
    • Water
    • Bone broth

    Method:

    1. Rinse the grain mix, until the rinsing water is clear. 
    2. If your rice cooker does not have a “brown rice” or “multigrain” function, soak the grain in water overnight. If your rice cooker has those functions, you can skip this step.
    3. Add 50% water, 50% bone broth, and Elix Cycle Balance to the fill line of your rice cooker. Cook under “brown rice” or “multigrain” function. 
    4. Store cooked rice in airtight containers for up to 1 week in the refrigerator. 
    5. To make a hormone-balancing bowl, reheat the rice, top with tofu, microgreens, kimchi, and other ingredients as preferred!
