Sweet Purple Potato Ancient Grain Porridge for PCOS Support
Recipe (4 servings):
- ⅓ cup buckwheat groats
- ⅓ cup multigrain mix or quinoa
- ⅓ cup foxtail millet
- 1 tablespoon flax seed powder
- 5 cups soy milk
- Water as needed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 6 jujube dates or medjool dates, chopped
- 1 cup cooked and mashed sweet purple potato

- Begin by soaking all the grains in water overnight.
