I’ve been using Elix’s daily harmony and cycle balance products and have seen some big improvements after 4 months. My mood is more regulated and my period’s are lighter in flow as well as shorter in length. I’ve noticed improvements with my joint pain, due to an autoinflammatory condition, before my period and the pain doesn’t last for as long.
