How to take Cycle Balance
If your cycle is regular (aka you know when your period will start):
In the week leading up to your period, take 1 tsp (6 dropperfuls) twice a day, until you finish the bottle.
If your cycle is irregular (aka you don't know when your period will start):
Take 1/2 tsp (3 dropperfuls) of your herbs every day of the month, until you finish the bottle.

I have been getting my periods since I was 11 year, crazy I know! (God) decided to give me every pms symptom - including, severe cramping before and during periods, backache, bloating, mood swings, leg weakness, constipation, extreme fatigue during my period - where I spent the first 2 days of my cycle in bed and lastly cycle changes from 28-37 days in length.
