I believe I have been experiencing premenstrual dysphoric disorder since I got my period when I was in elementary school. Since taking the cycle balance along with the daily harmony product, I have felt more grounded and emotionally regulated. I think it takes time for these products to have an effect but if you're consistent you will probably feel a difference in your daily functioning and less intense periods :)
