I ordered Cycle Balance and Daily Harmony. Prior to starting them I had a severely irregular cycle and was recovering from a bout of COVID. First week into using them I had a day of cleaning sleep that was a turning point for healing from after effects of COVID. Another half a week into taking them, my period stopped and for the first time in two years has stayed away for a normal three weeks. During this time, I have started to have more energy and better health. I am into the 2nd bottle of cycle balance and it seems I am about to start my monthly. So far the PMS symptoms are less, the facial hair growth and acne is less, and I have hope for the first time in a while I will have a normal cycle. This was very much with the try, and I remain hopeful for continued normalcy.

I’ve been using Elix’s daily harmony and cycle balance products and have seen some big improvements after 4 months. My mood is more regulated and my period’s are lighter in flow as well as shorter in length. I’ve noticed improvements with my joint pain, due to an autoinflammatory condition, before my period and the pain doesn’t last for as long. I’m looking forward to seeing how much more things could change. Definitely recommend for tougher cycles!
