How to take Cycle Balance
If your cycle is regular (aka you know when your period will start):
In the week leading up to your period, take 1 tsp (6 dropperfuls) twice a day, until you finish the bottle.
If your cycle is irregular (aka you don'tknow when your period will start):
Take 1/2 tsp (3 dropperfuls) of your herbs every day of the month, until you finish the bottle.
